Discover the Greek way of dining with healthy, flavourful small plates — perfect for sharing with friends and family.
All dishes are made with farm-to-table ingredients from our favourite ecological farms here in Tenerife.

Welcome Nibbles & Ouzo

  • Marinated olives with lemon & oregano

  • Warm pita bread with tzatziki & hummus

  • Feta-stuffed mini peppers

  • Served with a traditional shot of Ouzo to start the evening the Greek way

 

Mezze Selection (Choose 5–6 dishes)

  • Dolmades – Vine leaves stuffed with herbed rice

  • Saganaki – Pan-fried kefalograviera cheese with honey & sesame

  • Grilled Halloumi with Pomegranate & Mint

  • Kolokithokeftedes – Courgette & feta fritters with dill yogurt

  • Garides Saganaki – Prawns in tomato, garlic, and feta sauce

  • Gigantes Plaki – Giant butter beans baked in tomato & herbs

  • Lamb Keftedes – Greek-style meatballs with tzatziki

 

Main Course (Choose One)

  • Moussaka – Layers of aubergine, potato, and seasoned meat with creamy béchamel

  • Lemon & Herb Roasted Chicken – With golden potatoes and seasonal vegetables

  • Gemista – Tomatoes & peppers stuffed with herbed rice (Vegan option available)

 

Dessert

  • Baklava – Layers of filo pastry, walnuts, and pistachios with orange blossom syrup

  • Greek Yogurt with Thyme Honey & Walnuts
